We ship across India from our warehouse in Gurgaon, Haryana.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD), a flat fee of ₹60 is charged.

Why do we charge this?

COD orders come with additional logistics and handling costs. This fee helps us cover that and ensure a smooth and reliable delivery process.

Delivery Timelines

Most orders are dispatched within 48–72 hours (except Sundays & public holidays). Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

Multiple Shipments

If your order has multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. But don’t worry – you’ll get tracking updates for each.

Tracking your order

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via SMS and email. You can track your package 24 hours after dispatch.

Courier Partners

We work with trusted delivery partners like Delhivery, Bluedart & Shree Maruti for secure and on-time delivery. If no one is available to receive the order, the courier will attempt redelivery up to 2 more times.

Cancellations

• Prepaid orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
• In rare cases, we may cancel orders due to stock or payment issues. (If this happens, your full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.)

Shipping Charges

International shipping rates are based on your order value:

• Orders ₹0 – ₹4999 → ₹1,500
• Orders ₹5000 & above → Free

Why we charge this?

Shipping globally from India comes with high logistics and customs handling costs – especially for heavy Indianwear garments. These rates help us ensure safe, trackable delivery to your doorstep, no matter where you are.

Note: All prices are displayed in your local currency, but checkout happens in INR (₹) at the latest exchange rate.

Delivery Timelines

• Most international orders are dispatched within 5 – 7 business days.
• Delivery timelines vary by country but usually take 7–12 business days after dispatch.

Customs & Duties

• Import duties or taxes (if any) are charged once your order reaches your country.
• These charges are not included in our pricing and are to be borne by the recipient.
• We do our best to minimize these costs, but they’re determined by your local customs authority.

Returns & Exchanges
